Ingredients:

Bacon: amount necessary
1/2 or full sheet pan(s)
PAM cooking spray
Baking paper

Instructions:

1.  Preheat oven
Convection oven: 325 degrees;
Gravity oven: 350 degrees

2. Place two layers of baking paper in each sheet pan and thoroughly coat with cooking spray.

3.  Remove bacon from packaging and place bacon on baking paper; ensure the slices do not touch.

5. Set pans into preheated oven for about 20 minutes on average. Cook bacon to desired crispness, which depends entirely on on the thickness of the bacon. Be sure to cook the bacon until the fat is no longer white.

6.  Remove from oven and place bacon on paper towels to drain.

7. Serve and enjoy.
