Thursday, November 18, at 6:30 p.m., New Hope for Families will hold a live auction in the Switchyard Park Pavilion as part of its third annual Hope for the Holidays Tree Extravaganza.

More than 50 unique trees and wreaths decorated by local businesses, organizations, and people will be auctioned off as a fundraiser for New Hope, a nonprofit organization that provides services for families experiencing poverty and homelessness.

The extravaganza is free and open to the public and will also feature food trucks and live entertainment. Anyone interested in viewing the trees is welcome to attend, regardless of whether or not they intend to bid for a tree.
