Bloomington-based UVC Lightforce, a leader in ultraviolet light sanitization systems, has been selected to appear on national cable television show World’s Greatest!…
The 30-minute episode will feature footage from the UVC Lightforce Bloomington facility and explain the science behind the technology.
“The mission of the company is to produce high-quality, economical, UV-C disinfection devices,” says Dr. Tom Hrisomalos, UVC Lightforce partner and infectious disease specialist at Indiana University Health Southern Indiana Physicians. “We started the company to solve a problem. We were concerned about … the lack of affordable UV-C disinfection technologies.”
The World’s Greatest!… episode featuring UVC Lightforce will air on March 1 and March 15. The show, produced in Florida, is currently in its 14th season.
