Arthur Murray Dance Studio‘s seventh annual Dancing With the Celebrities will take place on Saturday, May 18, at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater. The five “celebrities” in this year’s dance contest are Russell Moss, co-owner of Golden Ticket Productions; Karin Drummond, of Drummond Chiropractic; Michael Korus, broker and owner of Maxim Real Estate; Rhonda Sharp, owner of Bayza; Jason Bell, manager at The Vacuum Center; and Ingrid Skoog, owner of Art of Connection.
Over the past six years, Dancing With the Celebrities has raised more than $600,000 for various organizations in the Bloomington community. This year’s nonprofits are Pinnacle School, the Monroe County Chapter of the American Red Cross, Cardinal Stage Company’s Education Initiative, My Sister’s Closet, Boys and Girls Clubs of Bloomington, and Pets Alive.
